Cancellation Policy

Payment and Booking
The booking is binding once it has been confirmed and payment has been completed. The price includes slime, materials and any other preparations included in the booked package.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@mamandeslime.com.

Since each party and workshop is planned individually, Mamandé Slime AB may need to purchase charms and other materials and make slime specifically for the booking in question.

Cancellation more than 7 days before the booking
In the event of cancellation, Mamandé Slime AB may be entitled to compensation for reasonable costs incurred for the booking, including materials purchased specifically and slime already made, to the extent these costs cannot be recovered or used in another way. Any refund is calculated based on these costs and applicable law.

Cancellation 7 days or less before the booking
If you cancel within 7 days of the party or workshop, preparations may already have been completed and materials made or purchased. Mamandé Slime AB therefore reserves the right to claim compensation for reasonable costs caused by the cancellation, including costs for preparation work already carried out and materials that cannot be reused or recovered. Any refund is assessed based on the actual costs and applicable law.

No automatic right to a full refund
A cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a full refund. Any compensation or refund is assessed based on the circumstances of the booking, costs incurred and applicable consumer law. These terms do not limit the customer's mandatory statutory rights.

Changes to a booking
Requests to change the date or number of participants should be made as soon as possible. Changes are approved subject to availability and may incur additional costs if materials have already been ordered or made.
