Mamandé Slime AB ("we", "us") operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, such as booking slime parties and workshops (the "Services"). The store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal data when you visit, use, make a purchase, submit a booking request or otherwise communicate with us. In the event of a conflict between our Terms of Sale and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy takes precedence with regard to the collection, processing and disclosure of your personal data.

Personal Data We Collect or Process

When we use the term "personal data", we mean information that identifies, or can reasonably be linked to, you or another person. Personal data does not include information collected anonymously or that has been de-identified. Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect or process the following categories of personal data:

• Contact details, including your name, shipping address, billing address, email address and phone number if you provide it.
• Order information, including the products you add to your cart, purchase, return or make a complaint about, as well as your previous orders.
• Payment-related information, including payment method, payment confirmation and transaction details. Card details are handled by our payment providers, and we do not have access to your full card number.
• Booking information when you submit a request for a slime party or workshop: name, email address, phone number, preferred date, location, number of children, selected package and anything you write in your message. We do not collect names or other personal data about the participating children.
• Account information if you create a customer account, including login details and settings.
• Communications with us, including what you write when you contact customer service, cancel a purchase, or register a return or complaint.
• Newsletter subscription, including your email address and your mailing preferences, if you choose to subscribe.
• Device information, including information about your device, browser or network connection, your IP address and other unique identifiers.
• Usage information, including information about how and when you use or navigate the Services.

Sources of Personal Data

We may collect personal data from the following sources:

• Directly from you, for example when you shop, create an account, submit a booking request, contact us or subscribe to our newsletter.

• From our service providers, such as payment providers and shipping companies, when they process data on our behalf.

How We Use Your Personal Data and the Legal Basis

• Receiving and handling orders. We use your data to handle your order, process payment, deliver the products and send order confirmations and shipping notifications. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Handling bookings of slime parties and workshops. We use the information in your booking request to respond to you and to confirm and carry out the booking. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and performance of a contract.
• Customer service, right of withdrawal, returns and complaints. We use your data to answer questions and handle cancelled purchases, returns, refunds and complaints. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation.
• Accounting and other legal obligations. We retain order and payment information to comply with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act and other legal requirements. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• Marketing. We send newsletters and offers by email if you have chosen to subscribe. Marketing cookies and advertising based on your activity are only used if you have consented to it. Legal basis: consent.
• Security and fraud prevention. We use your data to provide a secure payment and shopping experience and to detect and prevent fraudulent or illegal activity. Legal basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation.
• Improving the Services. We use usage information to understand how the website is used and to improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interest, or consent where required for cookies.

Who Has Access to the Data?

We share personal data when necessary for our business or when required by law, for example with:

• Shopify, which runs our online store.
• Payment providers that handle your payment.
• Shipping companies that deliver your order.
• IT providers and accounting services that help us run the business.

Our Relationship with Shopify

The Services are powered by Shopify, which collects and processes personal data about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transferred to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you live. To protect, develop and improve our business, we also use certain of Shopify's enhanced features, which are based on data from your interactions with our store, with other merchants and with Shopify. Third-Party Websites and Social Media

The Services contain links to websites and social media operated by third parties, such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. If you follow such links, their privacy policies and terms apply. Information you share on social media may be visible to other users. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of such websites.

Children's Personal Data

The online store and booking form are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. When booking slime parties and workshops, we only process information about the adult making the booking and the number of participating children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

How Long Is Data Retained?

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for as long as we are required to by law, for example the Swedish Bookkeeping Act, which requires accounting records to be kept for seven years. Information in booking requests that do not result in a booking is deleted when no longer needed. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we stop using your email address for mailings.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no security measures are completely impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee complete security. We recommend that you do not send sensitive information to us through insecure channels.

Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right, subject to certain exceptions and limitations, to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Request restriction of processing.

Newsletter: You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email. We may still send non-marketing messages, for example about your orders.

Complaints
